1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of digital products (downloadable guides) offered on the FreequencyDigital website, operated by LetzGo Trade S.à r.l.-S, a company registered in Luxembourg.
2. Products
The products sold are digital files (PDF) delivered by immediate download after payment. No physical product is shipped.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including tax where applicable. Payment is made online via the methods offered at checkout (credit card, PayPal).
4. Delivery
Access to the file is provided immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link sent by email and available in the customer’s account area.
5. Right of withdrawal
By checking the consent box at checkout, the customer agrees that performance of the contract begins immediately and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the digital content download begins.
6. Refunds

7. Intellectual property
The content sold is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Liability
LetzGo Trade S.à r.l.-S shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg.
