1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of digital products (downloadable guides) offered on the FreequencyDigital website, operated by LetzGo Trade S.à r.l.-S, a company registered in Luxembourg.

2. Products
The products sold are digital files (PDF) delivered by immediate download after payment. No physical product is shipped.

3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including tax where applicable. Payment is made online via our secure payment provider (Stripe).

4. Delivery
Access to the file is provided immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link sent by email and available in the customer’s account area.

5. Right of withdrawal
By checking the consent box at checkout, the customer agrees that performance of the contract begins immediately and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the digital content download begins.

6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products, no refund is granted after download, except in the case of a confirmed technical issue. See our Refund Policy. Contact: support@freequency.digital

7. Intellectual property
The content sold (including text, structure, diagrams, and design) is protected by copyright and belongs to LetzGo Trade S.à r.l.-S or its authors.

Purchasing a product grants the customer a personal, non-transferable license to use it. It is expressly prohibited to:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the content, in whole or in part, to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment;
  • Reuse the content under one’s own brand or that of a third party (white-labeling), including presenting it as one’s own product;
  • Remove, alter, or conceal the watermark, author’s signature, or any buyer identification embedded in the file;
  • Publish the content, in whole or in part, on public platforms, social media, forums, or file-sharing sites.

Each file contains a unique identifier linked to the buyer, allowing the origin of any unauthorized distribution to be traced. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and/or a claim for damages.

8. Liability
LetzGo Trade S.à r.l.-S shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg.
